Quite a while since I last did anything!
So, back on that horse…
Today: 5-step ladder:
Sit-ups to failure : 66
Sigh..more days off, time to get back on that horse.
Push-ups to failure : 43
Sit-ups to failure: 62
Trying to do two workouts a day until I’m back on schedule..
Push-ups: 45 to failure
One less than last time, but I’m also not getting a full day rest between sets now, so 45 ain’t bad.
Still running behind.. for a workout which is supposed to be quick, I still can’t seem to find the time…
This morning: 30# kettle-bell swings: 48 to failure
Didn’t get a chance yesterday to do anything, so will have to double up the work-out today. Will do one at 08:00 and one tonight..
So this morning’s set: Sit-ups to failure: 60
Push-ups: 46 to failure
