The end of the one week break.

Weigh-in: 175#

So, as I said on Monday I took a week off to study for my Financial Accounting exam; and that couldn’t have been at worse time, having gained some serious poundage over that previous weekend. To add salt to the wound I ended up gaining the next day as well!

Well this week is now done, exam is finished, and I plan on getting back on track on Monday (since this weekend is a write-off with so much stuff going on). I am happy that, after going back on plan I’ve actually dropped down to what I (and my pants) consider an acceptable weight level, which means I’ll have a nice solid base to work off of when I start back at the gym.

I also mentioned about my choice of foods after watching Food Inc. I did some searching and found a great site, PALEOdISH, courtesy of the folks over at Tidal Crossfit. PALEOdISH is awesome! While the recipes aren’t necessarily 4HB friendly, they do look amazing. Here’s a short list of what I want to try over the next week or two:
